Returns Policy
Digital goods cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Physical goods which are damaged will be replaced within three days of receipt on return (subject to availability).
The price of physical goods which are unwanted will be refunded, less initial delivery costs, within three days of receipt on return (subject to proprietor's availability). Physical goods which are supplied shrink-wrapped must still be in their original wrapping if they are returned as unwanted, otherwise they will not be refunded.
The cost of returning goods is to be paid by the customer.
